It’s called “Site 911.” It’ll be built at an Israeli air force base near Tel Aviv. Construction will take two years or longer. Time frames are often extended. Cost is expected to be about $100 million but could actually be double or more. Interesting choice of names for the site, "Site 911", since it has long been speculated that the 9/11 WTC destruction was a cooperative act by US and Israeli military forces.

Ari Tikka, the foreman at the site, calculates that a total of 205 workers have been working on the refurbishment project. They include 110 Finns, 63 Estonians, 11 Nigerians, seven Poles, and four Russians. There are also Kosovars, Albanians, Gambians, Afghanis, Somalis, and even one worker from Sweden.
One in three workers at construction sites in the Helsinki region are from abroad. Construction companies estimate that there are nearly 30,000 foreigners working in construction, and the number is growing constantly.
The foreign labour is sorely needed. Each year about 5,000 construction workers in Finland retire, and unemployment in the field has plummeted.
Tarmo Pipatti, managing director of the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries (RT), says that without foreigners, the industry could not cope – especially in the Helsinki region.
The surge of foreigners in Finland’s construction industry began in 2007. Since then the number of newcomers has tripled.

Contrails consist of ice particles that mainly nucleate on exhaust soot and volatile plume aerosol particles. Contrail formation is caused by the increase in relative humidity (RH) that occurs in the engine plume as a result of mixing of warm and moist exhaust gases with colder and less humid ambient air (Schmidt, 1941; Appleman, 1953). The RH with respect to liquid water must reach 100% in the young plume behind the aircraft for contrail formation to occur (H�hndorf, 1941; Appleman, 1953; Busen and Schumann, 1995; Jensen et al., 1998a).
Contrails persist when mixing-line endpoints fall between the liquid and ice saturation pressures-that is, when the ambient atmosphere is ice-supersaturated. Without ambient ice supersaturation, contrail ice crystals evaporate on time scales of seconds to minutes. Short-lived contrails may also form without ambient water vapor if ambient temperatures are sufficiently low.
Contrails become visible within roughly a wingspan distance behind the aircraft, implying that the ice particles form and grow large enough to become visible within the first tenths of a second of plume age

At a meeting of the American Geophysical Union in Baltimore last May, Minnis told how he followed a 100-kilometer-long, oval contrail made by a NASA DC-8 research aircraft. The contrail formed cirrus – covering 4,000 square kilometers (1,500 square miles) at its peak.
A Figure 8 contrail apparently produced over south Texas or Mexico by an unknown aircraft grew to a size of 20,000 square kilometers as it drifted over the Gulf of Mexico.
Minnis calls such observations solid evidence that contrails can cause cirrus coverage far beyond that of the young contrails that are easily identified.
Millions of people see this effect everyday. He doesn’t mention why jet craft are doing ovals and a figure 8, but at least he states that. Just the configurations these pilots fly prove it’s an aerosol program.
As many realize, the current thrust to gain acceptance of the idea of geoengineering is taking place under the guise of some “future” program, one that has been well under way for close to twenty toxic years.
At least we can lay this one to rest–the chemtrails are clearly not to prevent global warming as we knew all along. And now we can show them where even NASA admitted it “once upon a time”.

Over the east coast of southeast Asia, the area in which air traffic density is third largest, young-contrail coverage reaches 0.2% and contrail-cirrus coverage exceeds 1%. Globally averaged contrail-cirrus and young-contrail coverage amount to 0.61% and 0.07%, respectively. Contrail-cirrus coverage is therefore approximately nine times larger than coverage due to young contrails alone.
