So, How Bad Can It Get? Just when it seemed the negative news surrounding global geoengineering could not get any worse, it absolutely can and is.

We have known for some time that the UV levels were getting rapidly worse due to the ongoing atmospheric spraying. Anyone that is even slightly awake and aware has noticed that the sun feels incredibly intense on the skin. Most varieties of plant life are showing at least some signs of stress in most areas. In many regions, whole forests are in steep decline. And its getting worse by the day.
According to agencies like WHO, (World Heath Organizatin) and a long list of other recognized government sources of UV information like NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), no more than 5% of the total UV reaching the surface of Earth should be UVB. The other 95% should be UVA.
What has our testing shown?

UVB – the most lethal form of UV radiation – has now escalated to almost 70% of the total UV reaching the surface of our planet. At least this is the case in Northern California. (This can only mean that total Ultra-Violate  exposure has also escalated sharply, making overall UVB levels worse still.)

The unusual white plumes reported by Air Canada pilots, police officers and former military personnel over Canada and the U.S. during the past three years are often contrasted by brief, pencil-thin contrails left by commercial jets flying above them.

Contrails form when water vapor clumps around dirt particles acting as nuclei. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees, and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

But atmospheric studies by NASA and NOAA - including TARFOX, ACE-Asia, ACE-I and II, INDOEX and Project SUCCESS - confirm that artificial clouds and contrails can be manufactured under conditions of low humidity by dispensing particles from aircraft. The smaller the size of the nuclei introduced into the atmosphere, the greater the rate of artificial cloud formation.

Wichtige Ergebnisse der Simulationen sind, daß
hohe ¨Ubers¨attigungen von si ≥ 25% notwendig sind, damit sich der Kondensstreifen
ausbreiten kann (Jensen et al., 1998). Best¨atigt wird dies durch die Fallstudie in Gierens
und Jensen (1998), welche verdeutlicht, daß sich ein Kondensstreifen aufgrund
der geringen ¨Ubers¨attigung innerhalb einer halben Stunde aufl¨ost.
Kondensstreifen und flugzeuginduzierte Zirren sind oft gut beobachtbar, da sie in
ansonsten wolkenfreien Regionen existieren k¨onnen. Man kann daraus folgern, daß
Kondensstreifen in Regionen fortbestehen und sich ausbreiten k¨onnen, in denen die
Atmosph¨are die Voraussetzungen f¨ur die Bildung von nat¨urlichen Zirren nicht erf¨ullt.
Die Eisteilchen in nat¨urlich gebildeten Zirren entstehen meist durch homogene Nukleation.
Dazu muß die relative Feuchte in der Umgebung ¨uber einem Schwellwert
RHhom von > 145% liegen (Koop et al., 2000). Dieser Schwellwert ist als gepunktete
Linie in Abbildung 1.1 in Abh¨angigkeit von der Temperatur angegeben. Soweit nicht
anders erw¨ahnt, ist in dieser Arbeit immer die relative Feuchte RHi bez¨uglich der
Eisphase gemeint. Die ¨Ubers¨attigung si ist definiert als si = RHi − 1. Tritt heterogene
Nukleation (Vali, 1985; DeMott et al., 2003) auf, k¨onnen Eisteilchen auch bei
geringeren ¨Ubers¨attigungen entstehen (DeMott, 1990; DeMott et al., 1999; Gierens,
2003).

Wie ich zu Beginn meines Beitrags erklärt habe, trägt der Flugverkehr mit seinem Wasserdampfeintrag zur Kondensstreifenbildung bei. Kondensstreifen bilden sich aber nur dann, wenn die Temperatur unterhalb von -40ºC liegt und die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit mehr als 100% beträgt. Je höher die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit ist, desto langlebiger sind die Kondensstreifen.

Diese langlebigen Kondensstreifen verbreitern sich mit der Zeit und sind irgendwann nicht mehr von den natürlichen Zirruswolken, die sich in den gleichen Höhen bilden, zu unterscheiden.

"Es ist eine Feuchteabnahme von ca. 4 % relativer Feuchte in den letzten 45 Jahren in der oberen Troposphäre über Lindenberg zu beobachten", ergaben diese Messungen.
Eisübersättigte Luftmassen (RHi ≥ 100% ) bedecken jedoch nur rund 10% der Tropopausenregion der nördlichen mittleren Breiten. Dabei folgt der Grad der Eisübersättigung einer Exponentialverteilung, d.h. geringe Übersättigung kommt viel häufiger vor als hohe Übersättigung
Eine hohe Übersättigung wäre allerdings erforderlich, damit ein sichtbarer substanzieller Breitenzuwachs der Kondensstreifen - also das, was wir seit ein paar Jahren nahezu täglich am Himmel erleben können - eintreten kann. Dieser tritt nur bei RHi ≥ 120% auf, d.h. die relative Feuchte bezogen auf die Übersättigung der Luft mit Eis muss mindestens 120 Prozent betragen. Andernfalls können die Kondensstreifen nicht sichtbar anwachsen. Bei geringen Übersättigungen ist der Kondensstreifen größtenteils unsichtbar (vgl. In der Pressemitteilung wird unter Berufung auf wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse ausgeführt:

"Der Nachweis fällt auch deshalb so schwer, weil die Kondensstreifen nicht direkt in Cirrus-Wolken übergehen. Kondensstreifen verschwinden meist nach Minuten wieder vom Himmel, scheinbar spurlos. Doch sie lösen sich nicht in Luft auf. Die Triebwerkspartikel, die auch zur Kondensstreifen-Genese nötig sind, geistern weiter durch die Lüfte - und dienen erst später als "Kristallisationskeime" für großflächige Eiswolken. Man könnte sagen: Die kurzlebigen Kondensstreifen von Düsen-Jets werden heimlich als Zirren wiedergeboren."
Wer all dies widerlegen möchte, möge der Bürgerinitiative Sauberer Himmel bitte nachvollziehbare Messdaten übermitteln, aus denen hervorgeht, dass in der Reiseflughöhe von Verkehrsflugzeugen in unseren Breiten regelmäßig relative Luftfeuchten von 100 Prozent oder mehr bezogen auf das Eis, d.h. eisübersättigte Regionen, vorherrschen. Unsere Beobachtungen, die vom Meteorologischen Observatorium Lindenberg und durch andere wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen bestätigt werden (siehe oben), zeigen, dass die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Reisehöhe von Verkehrsflugzeugen (ca. 10.000 Meter) im Mittel weit unter 50 Prozent liegt. Werte von 100 Prozent oder gar mehr werden nur in Ausnahmefällen erreicht. Dies ist auch der Grund, warum sich normale Kondensstreifen meist nach wenigen Sekunden wieder auflösen.

Zudem dürfte dies auch der Grund sein, warum die so genannten Klima- und Wetterexperten bei der (nahezu täglichen) Bildung von langlebigen "Kondensstreifen" sich immer nur gebetsmühlenartig auf die angeblich hohe relative Luftfeuchtigkeit berufen, ohne diese konkret zu benennen (wie z.B. das Deutsche Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt). Die Experten müssten dann nämlich zugeben, dass die vorhandene Luftfeuchtigkeit (bezogen auf Eis) nicht ausreicht, damit sich langlebige Kondensstreifen bilden können. Und noch viel seltener können sich langlebige Kondensstreifen bilden, die mit der Zeit anwachsen, weil hierzu die relative Feuchte bezogen auf die Übersättigung der Luft mit Eis mindestens 120 Prozent betragen müsste (siehe oben).

Es ist daher leider wirklich so, dass die vielen Streifen am Himmel, die sich langsam zu ausgedehnten Wolkenfeldern ausbreiten, in der Regel keine gewöhnlichen Kondensstreifen sind.

Understanding relating to Article II


It is the understanding of the Committee that the following examples are illustrative of phenomena that could be caused by the use of environmental modification techniques as defined in Article II of the Convention: earthquakes, tsunamis; an upset in the ecological balance of a region; changes in weather patterns (clouds, precipitation, cyclones of various types and tornadic storms); changes in climate patterns; changes in ocean currents; changes in the state of the ozone layer; and changes in the state of the ionosphere.

It is further understood that all the phenomena listed above, when produced by military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques, would result, or could reasonably be expected to result, in widespread, long-lasting or severe destruction, damage or injury. Thus, military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques as defined in Article II, so as to cause those phenomena as a means of destruction, damage or injury to another State Party, would be prohibited.

It is recognized, moreover, that the list of examples set out above is not exhaustive. Other phenomena which could result from the use of environmental modification techniques as defined in Article II could also be appropriately included. The absence of such phenomena from the list does not in any way imply that the undertaking contained in Article I would not be applicable to those phenomena, provided the criteria set out in that article were met.

Those spreading disinformation about chemtrails would like nothing more than for you to believe that short, non-persistent plumes coming out of jets are harmless contrails. If they convince you of this, then you will ignore these plumes and allow them to spray you without objection, and this is exactly what they want.

They will tell you that they've seen contrails since they were children. They will tell you that contrails are scientifically proven to contain water vapor. They will tell you anything necessary to make you believe short trails are harmless. This is exactly how disinformation works.

Beware of those who claim that short plumes emitted by aircraft are "contrails".
