"COVID-19 mRNA vaccines teach (program) our cells how to make a piece of a protein to trigger an immune response and build immunity to the virus that causes COVID-19. mRNA does not affect or interact with a person’s DNA, and the cell breaks down and gets rid of the mRNA as soon as it is finished using these instructions." (CDC)
Ha, bullcrap. How do they teach the cell? By interacting with the DNA of said cell. A person's DNA.
"Messenger RNA (mRNA) is a single-stranded RNA molecule that is complementary to one of the DNA strands of a gene. The mRNA is an RNA version of the gene that leaves the cell nucleus and moves to the cytoplasm where proteins are made. During protein synthesis, an organelle called a ribosome moves along the mRNA, reads its base sequence, and uses the genetic code to translate each three-base triplet, or codon, into its corresponding amino acid.
Messenger RNAs, also known as mRNA, are one of the types of RNA that are found in the cell. This particular one, like most RNAs, are made in the nucleus and then exported to the cytoplasm where the translation machinery, the machinery that actually makes proteins, binds to these mRNA molecules and reads the code on the mRNA to make a specific protein. So in general, one gene, the DNA for one gene, can be [transcribed] into an mRNA molecule that will end up making one specific protein."

"Transcription is performed by enzymes called RNA polymerases, which link nucleotides to form an RNA strand (using a DNA strand as a template)."

"The process of making mRNA from DNA is called transcription, and it occurs in the nucleus. The mRNA directs the synthesis of proteins, which occurs in the cytoplasm. mRNA formed in the nucleus is transported out of the nucleus and into the cytoplasm where it attaches to the ribosomes."

"To manufacture protein molecules, a cell must first transfer information from DNA to mRNA through the process of transcription. Then, a process called translation uses this mRNA as a template for protein assembly. In fact, this flow of information from DNA to RNA and finally to protein is considered the central dogma of genetics, and it is the starting point for understanding the function of the genetic information in DNA."

"What converts Mrna to protein?:
During transcription, the enzyme RNA polymerase uses DNA as a template to produce a pre-mRNA transcript. The pre-mRNA is processed to form a mature mRNA molecule that can be translated to build the protein molecule (polypeptide) encoded by the original gene."

The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in BNT162b2 [is] the DNA converted to mRNA that is being delivered via lipid nanoparticles (hence, mRNA vaccine) that will program the cell to produce the CoV-2 spike protein on the cell's surface thus making said cell into a virus-like particle that is the target of antibodies. Pfizer's own lipid nanoparticle vaccine diagram explains this, but in lesser details.
This also makes the CDC liars, as they said, "mRNA does not affect or interact with a person’s DNA". mRNA interacts with cellular DNA, it's the whole point to the vaccine.
