Virology

This is my understanding of the unscientific nature of things that happens now.
What "virologists" call isolation(the separation of something from everything else) is actually the opposite where they take an impure sample and put it in a cell culture usually with monkey kidney cells along with toxic agents like antibiotics and antifungals and wait for the cells to die. Since nobody has actually done a proper isolation ie separated the particle from everything else then you cannot do experiments to prove that the particle is the cause of any illness either.
When they claim to have the genome of a "virus" it is in reality a result of stitching together small pieces of genetic sequences in a computer that is assumed(not proven through proper isolation) to come from a "virus". The computer model is based on the assumption that a "virus" genome is 30000 base pairs long. The newly computer generated genome is then left with a lot of holes for understandable reasons which is then filled in with the help of algorithms and a gene bank and they call this alignment. The genetic sequences that are found in the gene bank that they use during alignment are also assumed(not proven through proper isolation) to belong to a "virus". This newly computer generated genome that is 30000 base pairs long does not exist in reality as a whole and only in computers and on papers.
When they claim new strains or mutations of a "virus" it is simply a result of the doing the same unscientific procedure highlighted above in combination with a change of genetic information that happens in our bodies as a result of normal metabolism and change in the environment.
When they use the PCR they use primers which is essentially search phrases to find the start and end of the sequence that it should make copies of. The primers used for SARS-CoV-2 are 18-24 base pairs long compared to the whole computer generated fictitious genome of 30000 base pairs which reflect just 0.08% of the whole genome. Those unspecific short genetic sequences used as primers can be found in all kinds of microbes including our own chromosomes which is why a papaya, a goat and human can all test "positive". It is also known that huge amounts of free RNA is circulating around in our bodies as a result of normal metabolism where none of the RNA show up in our chromosomes.
The PCR is not a test, it's a manufacturing tool of genetic material just like a Xerox machine is designed to make copies of paper. The PCR is not inherently binary and work in gradients that are dependent on number of cycles(attempt of making copies). The higher the number of cycles the more copies of genetic material you'll get.
The chosen number of cycles for the PCR has no foundation in science meaning there is no determined universal standard for the number of cycles to use which means that if 2 labs would to run the exact same sample they could get two different results because the number of cycles is different. There are lot of other problems with the PCR too and one major one is about the efficiency that determines how much of the genetic material is being copied each cycle. This means that if 2 labs run the same exact number of cycles and the exact same sample they could still get two different results because of the issue of efficiency.
